I find this especially good with a touch of orange zest and pecans. What a treat on the holiday!

Ingredients

3 Tablespoons **Stevia Blend
1 cup unsweetened grape juice
12 oz bag fresh or frozen cranberries
Optional Pecans, orange peel, raisins, currants, blueberries, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice.

Directions

In a saucepan, stir stevia and juice.

Bring to a rapid boil. Add cranberries.

Stirring constantly, boil gently over medium-high heat for 10 minutes or until cranberries burst.

Serve warm or chilled.

Makes about 3 cups (12 servings)
